Return & Exchange Policy
We truly hope you love your purchase. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we can help with returns and exchanges:
- Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Items: Each item is custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In-Stock Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a full refund. We will cover the return shipping cost.
- Other Returns: For non-quality related returns, items must be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: Any customs duties or taxes incurred due to personal reasons are the customer’s responsibility.
1. Return Process
- Submit a Request: Email us at service@thezhaichina.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided in the approval email. Please choose a reliable shipping method and keep the tracking information.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item.
Important Notes:
- We do not provide shipping labels. Please use a reliable courier and retain proof of shipment.
- We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or sent to the wrong address during transit, but we will do our best to assist.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused.
2. Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Non-returnable items include handcrafted products, clearance items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible for returns.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Any customs duties or local taxes are non-refundable.
- You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
4. Customer Responsibility & Notes
- Items are your responsibility while in transit. Please package items carefully and keep shipment proof.
- If items are sent to the wrong address or other issues occur, we will assist as much as possible, but additional shipping costs may apply.
