Shipping Destinations

We ship to the following countries:

International Shipping Rates

We offer worldwide international shipping. THE ZHAI provides free shipping on all orders over USD $69. Orders under $69 incur a flat shipping fee of USD $4.99.

Order Processing Time

Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process it within 1 business day for ready-to-ship items. However, some items are handcrafted or made-to-order, and their production can take 3 days up to 1 month depending on the product. Some items may also be fulfilled from different warehouses. Due to international logistics and routing, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be dispatched. (Pre-sale items are excluded and will follow their own shipping schedule.)

We work with multiple carriers to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times (working days) are listed below and may vary by carrier and exact destination:

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount varies by country and order value and is determined by the destination country’s tariff rules and valuation methods.

Tracking Information

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order is ready to ship, a separate email with the tracking number will be sent. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update before checking the carrier website.

Delivery Delays

In the event of delivery delays, THE ZHAI will do its best to help you receive your package as soon as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or refunds caused by carrier issues (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or customs clearance delays.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you have problems with delivery or tracking, the quickest way to resolve the issue is to contact the carrier directly. Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” early or may request additional information to complete delivery.
