International Shipping Rates

We offer worldwide international shipping. THE ZHAI provides free shipping on all orders over USD $69. Orders under $69 incur a flat shipping fee of USD $4.99.

Order Processing Time

Once we receive your order, our warehouse team will process it within 1 business day for ready-to-ship items. However, some items are handcrafted or made-to-order, and their production can take 3 days up to 1 month depending on the product. Some items may also be fulfilled from different warehouses. Due to international logistics and routing, please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be dispatched. (Pre-sale items are excluded and will follow their own shipping schedule.)

Estimated International Delivery Times
We work with multiple carriers to deliver your items as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times (working days) are listed below and may vary by carrier and exact destination:

• United States: Delivery times are typically within 8–12 business days
• Mexico: Delivery times are typically within 8–12 business days
• Canada: Delivery times are typically within 8–12 business days
• Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): Delivery times are typically within 8–10 business days
• Europe: Delivery times are typically within 5–12 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees applied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount varies by country and order value and is determined by the destination country’s tariff rules and valuation methods.

Tracking Information

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number. Once your order is ready to ship, a separate email with the tracking number will be sent. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to update before checking the carrier website.

Delivery Delays

In the event of delivery delays, THE ZHAI will do its best to help you receive your package as soon as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays or refunds caused by carrier issues (e.g., DHL, FedEx) or customs clearance delays.

Lost or Missing Packages

If you have problems with delivery or tracking, the quickest way to resolve the issue is to contact the carrier directly. Carriers sometimes mark packages as “delivered” early or may request additional information to complete delivery.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and do not include order processing time. All delivery times are business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We truly hope you love your purchase. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, here’s how we can help with returns and exchanges:

• Handcrafted / Made-to-Order Items: Each item is custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• In-Stock Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a full refund. We will cover the return shipping cost.
• Other Returns: For non-quality related returns, items must be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Any customs duties or taxes incurred due to personal reasons are the customer’s responsibility.

1. Return Process

1. Submit a Request: Email us at service@thezhaichina.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Prepare the Item: Ensure the item is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided in the approval email. Please choose a reliable shipping method and keep the tracking information.
4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item.

Important Notes:

• We do not provide shipping labels. Please use a reliable courier and retain proof of shipment.
• We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or sent to the wrong address during transit, but we will do our best to assist.
• Unauthorized returns may be refused.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Non-returnable items include handcrafted products, clearance items, gift cards, and any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
• Cash-on-delivery orders are not eligible for returns.

3. Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
• Any customs duties or local taxes are non-refundable.
• You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

4. Customer Responsibility & Notes

• Items are your responsibility while in transit. Please package items carefully and keep shipment proof.
• If items are sent to the wrong address or other issues occur, we will assist as much as possible, but additional shipping costs may apply.
