1. Placing an Order

• We offer shipping to many countries and regions worldwide. Please check available destinations on the checkout page.
• Some products are in stock and ready to ship immediately upon order; others are handmade and require production time. Please refer to the product page for details.
• Shipping Charges:
  Orders over $69 qualify for free shipping.
  For orders under $69, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
  Please note: Free shipping does not apply to large or oversized items. Shipping fees for such products are calculated based on weight and destination. Please refer to the product page and checkout for specific details.

2. Order Processing

• In-stock products: Usually shipped within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Handmade custom products: Processed within 2 business days, with production time of approximately 5 business days. Each piece is crafted by skilled artisans to ensure quality and detail.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
• In-stock products typically arrive within 10 business days.
• Larger furniture and handmade custom items may take up to 1 month for delivery.
• Note: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a full street address.
• Customs & Taxes:
  All orders are shipped directly from the place of origin.
  Prices include all customs clearance fees and taxes, so no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

4. Returns & After-Sales Support

• Handmade custom products are unique and not eligible for returns.
• Regular in-stock products support a 30-day return or exchange policy; please see the product page for details.
• If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund and cover return shipping costs if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• If you are not satisfied and wish to return a product for other reasons, you may do so within 30 days, but the return shipping cost will be at your expense.
